MIRARCO President nominated for the prestigious Müller Award

Dr. Peter K. Kaiser has been nominated for the prestigious Müller Award for Rock Mechanics. This award, presented once every four years by the International Society of Rock Mechanics (ISRM), is made in recognition of notable contributions to the field of rock mechanics and rock engineering. Selection of the recipient will take place in Singapore in November 2006. The award will be conferred during the 11th ISRM International Congress in Lisbon, Portugal in July 2007.
