Ms Cathryn Nadjiwon  speaks about the merging of resources between MIRARCO and Blaze I.T.

Bay Street Advanced Visualization

MIRARCO - Mining Innovation is pleased to announce its strategic alliance with Toronto's Design Exchange Network, DXNet. DXNet is best known for the work that they did in modelling the venue for Toronto's latest Olympic bid.

This alliance brings together the technical capabilities of two of Canada's leading Virtual Reality (VR) Visualization groups to further promote VR's use in the mineral exploration and mining industry.

The DXNet facility and MIRARCO's technical knowledge are a complementary combination for mining facility modelling, and have already been used by a number of Canadian mining companies to bring a new level of communication and understanding to Bay Street.

Blaze I.T. - MIRARCO alliance expands region's
data management capabilities

In an effort to accelerate the dissemination of spin-off benefits from various R&D initiatives at Laurentian University, MIRARCO and BLAZE Information Technology Inc. have joined forces to exploit opportunities created by the Virtual Reality Laboratory, a state-of-the-art facility designed for complex data interpretation in the mineral resource industry.

As stated by Ms Cathryn Nadjiwon, Blaze I.T. President & General Manager, "We see great opportunity and potential for our company in this strategic alliance with MIRARCO. By combining our expertise in laser imaging and digital mapping with their skills in visualization, and utilizing the resources available through CIMTEC, we can undertake projects that would be beyond our individual capabilities."
