- Web-site design, development and maintenance for MIRARCO and its business centers
- Database design, development and implementation
- Install, configure software / hardware / peripheries
- Providing end-user support, staff traning
- Troubleshooting, such as hardware, software, applications, PC, drivers, peripheries, cabling
