The Centre for Mining Technology's (CMT) main focus is to offer project management and applied research capabilities focused on best practice and meeting the mining industry's needs. The Centre fosters cooperation with service companies, other research centres and mining companies to improve the profits and efficiency of mining operations through implementation of new methods and technologies.
